Responsibilities:
Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Take information from the completed routers and put into the Excel Quality log.
Examine the Router and attached documents to ensure all information is complete.
Enter employee time log information into the appropriate System.
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Secure information by completing data base backups.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Respond to information requests from authorized members.
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications / Skills:
Organization skills Quick typing skills Attention to detail Computer savvy Confidentiality Thoroughness Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.
) Basic understanding of databases Knowledge of grammar and punctuation Ability to work to time constraints Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Data entry experience or related office experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
