As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly process of our medical devices.
Your expertise and precision will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet the rigorous standards of the medical field.
Responsibilities:
Perform electro-mechanical assembly of medical devices according to established procedures and guidelines.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the assembly process to ensure compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or mechanical problems that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in the assembly process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to address design or production concerns and implement improvements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and tools.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred.
Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, specifically within the medical device industry.
Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.
g.
, FDA, ISO) and experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform intricate assembly tasks.
Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in electro-mechanical assembly.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
