- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure efficient production schedules and timely delivery of products.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of warehouse staff.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of demand planning and production planning processes.
