Job Duties & Requirments:
- Identify, research and pursue ideal customers through market research, networking, and cold calling - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing intentional solutions - Conduct in person presentations to prospective clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets - Analyze market trends and gaps to identify potential areas for growth - Customer appreciation initiatives and events - Trade association involvment - Social media involvement - Customer experience quality assurance Ideal Characteristics:
- Go getter - Upbeat and positive - Dynamic - Friendly - Comfortable in small and large group settings - Team player Required
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to learn CRM software - Ability to analyze market data and identify trends - Social and emotional intelligence - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management - Service industy experience Note:
In the interim this position will require some administrative duties such as answering main line, managing website inquiries, responding to emails, and accounts recievable.
