Responsibilities:
Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
Create a Great Customer Experience daily - 5 Star Reviews on every job is our goal.
Abide by cleaning procedures and ensure all jobs are done to the highest standards.
Safely and effectively deliver services with company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
Execute with discipline and strive for constant improvement.
Please expect the occasional overnight shifts, the occasional early start shifts, the occasional late end of day, and the occasional rescheduling due to severe weather.
We will meet at the shop every morning, load up supplies, drinks, snacks, etc.
then drive to our service locations throughout the Triangle.
Requirements:
Must have previous service work experience for 2-4 years.
Have a valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to carry and lift to 50 lbs.
, bend and perform physical labor and stand on feet for extended periods with arms above your head.
Physical fitness to climb ladders, walk on roofs, work in a lift with confidence and no fear of heights.
Able to pass pre-employment DOT medical exam and drug test.
Qualifications:
Prefer minimum 1 year experience in the pressure washing field.
Must be able to handle constructive criticism as feedback on how to get better.
You are positive-minded, energetic, take initiative, and have a good teamwork ethic.
A commitment to excellent customer service, integrity, and professional demeanor are prerequisites when applying for this position.
Detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
A passion to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
Must have good hygiene and be presentable to customers.
Responsive communication using your own working cell phone and data plan.
