Overview:
We are transforming Consumer Lending at First Citizens Bank - come be a part of the development team implementing the nCino Consumer Loan Origination System from the ground up!
We're looking for a wide range of skillsets related to nCino and Salesforce development/administration, from declarative administration to RESTful API development and everything in-between.
Responsibilities:
  • This position will be responsible for developing, administering, and eventually supporting
    enhancing the nCino Consumer Loan Origination system . It's an expansive role that could include writing technical requirements, field configuration, declarative development, Apex/REST API development, or more!

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $81,600 to $141,440 per year.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming
Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science
If you have experience in any of the following areas, we'd be interested in hearing from you:
    • nCino administration or development

    • Salesforce and nCino record-based configuration
    • Salesforce Flows (as used by nCino ), UI, approval processes, routes
    • Visualforce/Lightning pages
    • Apex development
    • Additional Salesforce-specific experience is nice, but nCino experience is preferred

    • nCino release management and continuous deployment
    • Integration experience with Salesforce/ nCino - RESTful APIs, batch integrations, data loads, etc.
    • Salesforce/ nCino application or solution architecture, including on-premise , hybrid, and cloud/SaaS technologies
    • Salesforce/ nCino test automation

It's not just about your nCino or technical skills, though - the perfect candidate will also demonstrate :
    • Clear, concise verbal and written communication, including to non-technical audiences

      • A high degree of agency - you pro-actively search for opportunities to improve any process, product, or team that you work with
      • The ability to quickly generate rapport and confidence with your team or coworkers
    • Flexibility and adaptability - as priorities or requests change, you react well under pressure and continue to deliver

Some additional knowledge or experience that is preferred:
    • Experience working in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
    • The ability to translate business requirements into buildable and testable technical requirements
    • Understanding of standard scripting languages (ex: SQL) and how to query/export/analyze relational databases
    • Loan origination systems, especially consumer lending - if you have knowledge or experience with major consumer lending regulations like TRID or HMDA, even better!
    • Experience working with source control systems/repositories (Visual Studio, Git, TFS)
    • nCino Administrator and Salesforce Administrator/Developer certifications

This position can be remote, hybrid, or in-person at an approved FCB office; it will join a team that is currently fully-remote with staff (and management) distributed across the country . At minimum, we meet approximately once/quarter for on-site s in Raleigh, NC . During our nCino implementation, there will temporarily be additional on-site requirements .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
